Application Requirements

• Family must be a CHECH member in good standing.

• Applicant must be a practicing Catholic having received the age-appropriate Sacraments.

• Applications may be submitted in the summer after the student’s 8th grade year through October of his or her 12th grade year. (Senior applications must be submitted by October 31st of the senior year.)

• Applicant must have a 3.5 grade point average on a 4-point scale and supply a transcript with application.

• Applicant must provide proof of test scores that are less than one year old.

  • You CANNOT test at home under the supervision of a parent or guardian. An adult test supervisor may administer the test in your home, provided your parent is not in the room. You are welcome to test at another person’s home or business. This rule applies to both paper tests and online testing. When submitting an application, include a signed statement from the test supervisor.  This statement must attest to the facts that the student received no help from anyone during the test and that he/she accessed no “outside materials” during the test time.  It must show where the test was administered, by whom the test was administered and his/her relationship to the student, and when the test was administered. These signed statements along with the proof of test score will be submitted. ESA reserves the right to contact the test proctor to verify the statement.
